Requesting Assistance for Another Account Holder or Member
How do I request assistance for my friend, relative, or family member?
My friend or relative is asking me to ask for assistance on their behalf
While we understand the good intentions for some people to help out our valued members, this creates an issue with protecting our member’s privacy and security.
In order for us to protect our individual member's privacy, sensitive information, and security, we cannot address or provide support or assistance to any 3rd party regardless of their relationship with the account holder. Furthermore, we cannot reply, take any actions, or acknowledge anything to any persons outside of the account holder.
This includes (and not limited):
- Purchase orders
- Status on purchases
- Status on wire transfers
- Status on activating mining packages
- Password resets
- Balance issues
To assist the account holder, please request that he or she request support/assistance from their own account, memberID, and email address or no further assistance can be provided.
