I purchased a package with a fixed hosting length (1-5 years), and my hosting is almost expired. How can I extend my hosting on the same package?
My package expired.
How do I renew?
What are the hosting rates?
I already paid in December for special hosting; do I have to pay again?
I have an expired Bronze package; can I renew hosting?
Once your hosting length has expired, VBit will email you (the customer) about hosting renewal.
Hosting can be renewed for 3 months, 12 months, 24 months, or 36 months and can be purchased via credit card (2.9% fee applies), Crypto (QABU, Coinbase), or Bank Wire.
|Our hosting rates are shown below:|
|3 Months||(Rate: $0.00675/gh)-($0.027/gh/year)|
|12 Months||(Rate: $0.02385/gh)|
|24 Months||(Rate: $0.04617/gh)-($0.02385/gh/year)|
|36 months||(Rate: $0.0657/gh)-($0.0219/gh/year)|
Once you have selected the length of your hosting extension and have paid for it, the VBit team will process it.
If you are no longer interested in hosting, you can request the machine to be shipped to you. The shipping option includes a buy-out cost of $1, as well as shipping and handling fees. If the package with expired hosting is a monthly package with payments still to be made, then this shipping option will not be available for that order.
If you purchased special hosting in December of 2020, VBit will audit the amount of hashpower you have expiring against the amount of special hosting paid for. If there is more expired hash than special hosting purchased, VBit will invoice you for the difference. If the special hosting covers the expired hashpower, but was purchased with the monthly payment option, VBit will send you a contract to pay for your hosting fees monthly.
*Note that hosting extension for older Bronze packages is not available at this time. Please check back for any future information.
