When I Try to Login, I get "Too many failed attempts. Login disabled for NN minutes. Please try again after NN minutes."
My login is disabled after I try to login
How do I enable login for my account?

"Too many failed attempts. Login disabled for NN minutes. Please try again after NN minutes."
"Too many failed attempts. Login disabled for 20 minutes. Please try again after 20 minutes."
Root Cause: (if applicable)
- Someone has attempted to login to your account and failed 3 times.
- Someone has used your memberID and entered the wrong password 3 times
- Someone has tried to login with your memberID and entered the wrong OTP 3 times
This is a security measurement to prevent someone from trying to guess your password by trying to login multiple times within a short period of time.
After three failed attempts to login, login ability will be disabled on the account for N minutes. N is currently set to 20 minutes.
When login is disabled, you must wait until this period has expired before you can try to login again. VBit Support will not be able to manually enable login for your account during this timeout period.
If you have waited beyond the timeout period AND your account login is still disabled, you may request for assistance through Help Center. Please note, that if Support finds your account was only recently disabled and timeout has not expired, Support will not be able to enable it.
