Updating Legal Name and Birth Date for Members

My profile name or birthday does not match my legal photo ID
We cannot update member's legal name and birth date without legal proof.
Qualified Name or Birthday corrections must be perform by support agent through Help Desk request.
We need legal documents with proof of name change as well as proof of identification with previous name and current name. Person in ID photos must match.
- Name change document must show previous name and current name.
- Previous name and birth date must match the name on the account
- Previous legal Photo ID with previous name
- New legal Photo ID with name change
- Person in each legal Photo ID must match
- Birth dates in legal Photo ID must match
Updating member's legal name or birth date because of typos will require proof of identification where error variance is minimal as proof of human typo. Support will evaluate each proof to confirm typos before making corrections.

Disqualified as Typo Examples:
- Andy vs Thomas
- Mary vs John
