Package upgrades are possible within 7 days of the sales transaction day (order date).
Essentially, requests for upgrades made within this time period would give the customer a refund which they can credit towards the purchase of a new order. https://www.vbitmining.com/refund-policy/
The customer would have to go through the ordering process on vbitmining.com and then submit the new order number via Submit a Request. A member of the admin team would then invoice the customer the difference between their refunded order and the new order being made.
Please note that once an order has been cancelled, it is final. If the batch of hardware miners sells out, the customer will have to create a new order and have to pay the new price at that time.
