After Submitting My Government ID and Camera Scans for Verification, Why is My Account Still Restricted?

Root Cause (if applicable):
Multiple possible root cases:
- ID is expired
- Name on submitted ID does not match the name on the account
- There is a typo in member name in the account
- Birth date on the submitted ID does not match the birth date on the account
- ID submitted is the same ID submitted by another member
Use a valid and unexpired ID document with names and birth date that matches the account holder.
If you just submitted the document for verification and the names and birth date does not match, you will not be able to try again until 24 hours. You may need to log off and log back in before the option to re-try is available.
