- SMS number: +1-(856) 888-9795 may be blocked by carrier, mobile account settings or by mobile device.
- Email address: firstname.lastname@example.org may be blocked or filtered as junk or spam mail.
VBit Technologies uses VBit SSO (VSSO) for login. Login requires two-factor authentication (2FA) by sending a unique one-time-passcode (OTP) to your email address and mobile number via SMS.
For SMS based OTP to mobile devices:
The number VSSO is sending OTP from is +1 (856) 888-9795. Please make sure your phone is not blocking calls or SMS from +1 (856) 888-9795. Consider adding a new contact to your phone directory with +1 (856) 888-9795 as the number; this may help prevent SMS from being silent or blocked by your phone. You may want to check your online settings from your carrier to see if added +1 (856) 888-9795 to blocked list.
For email-based OTP:
Please check your junk folder/spam folder. Check if you have any email rules block emails from email@example.com or vbittech.com. Consider adding an email rule allow all emails from firstname.lastname@example.org or add email@example.com or vbittech.com to your safe list.
NOTE: QABU.com may send OTP code from firstname.lastname@example.org. Consider adding email@example.com to your safe list to avoid those email being filtered out.
